At Ecosoft India, we take pride in delivering high-quality packing and industrial products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

Returns

Customers must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is received damaged or incorrect.

Replacement

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, a replacement will be processed.

Replacement products will be delivered within 8–10 working days.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

The refund process may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to the nature of packing materials and industrial usage. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
